Manual calculations

Current full cost = current bill + other costs + staff hours × hourly cost.

Proposed full cost = proposed bill + other costs + staff hours × hourly cost + setup ÷ months.

Cash-cost difference = current bills/other costs − proposed bills/other costs + (old hours − new hours) × hourly cost × cash-spending share − setup ÷ months.

Additional expected clients = lost inquiries × recovery share × qualification share × signing share. Convert percentages to decimals.

One-month break-even client count = round up (extra monthly cash cost ÷ contribution per additional client). Use 0 if there is no extra cost. Undefined when contribution is 0 and extra cost is positive.

Client contribution may arrive over many months. Released staff capacity is not automatically a cash saving. This worksheet is not a vendor quote or outcome forecast.
